The inception of our luxury hospitality company was inspired by the transformative period during the COVID-19 pandemic, which led Terry to reevaluate how he spent his time and what truly mattered. This reflection sparked a desire to bridge the gap from being a high operations professional to helping people create moments that matter.

Following his tenure at Relais & Chateau, Terry served as the Executive Chef at the prestigious Walper Hotel, further advancing his career. He then became the Corporate Executive Chef for the Charcoal Group, where he gained valuable expertise in culinary management and restaurant operations.
Terry is not only passionate about cooking but also about giving back to the community. He has been actively involved in fundraising initiatives with other chefs and volunteers, raising substantial funds for organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada, The Kidney Foundation, and The Food Bank in collaboration with CBC.
Outside the kitchen, Terry cherishes spending time with his family and enjoys hiking and camping in Muskoka with his dog, Basil. These moments in nature provide him with peace and relaxation, fueling his creativity and passion for creating unique dining experiences.
